When ordering, the order amount is blocked in the customer's account. Fair Tee will only withdraw the money when the last items in the order have been shipped from our warehouse.
Fair Tee allows payment with the following payment cards: Dankort, Visa/Dankort, MasterCard and Visa electron. Furthermore, Fair Tee allows payment with MobilePay.
At Fair Tee we do not charge card fees.
Fair Tee accepts payments in several different currencies which depend on the language version of the site fairtee.dk. The Danish site is in Danish kroners (KR). The American site is in American Dollar ($). All remaining language versions are in Euro (€).
All prices inside EU are Incl. VAT.
To ensure the best security of payment at fairtee.dk, all credit card information is encrypted upon payment. Fair Tee does not store your credit card information.
The delivery time for each product is stated in connection with the product display at fairtee.dk.
The processing time can vary, but usually the order from Fair Tee is shipped within 1 - 8 business days from ordering. If this is an order item, a longer processing time is expected.
The normal delivery time is 1 - 2 days after shipment from fairtee.dk. If multiple products are ordered in the same order, the longest delivery time for the ordered products must be expected, as the products will, as a starting point, be shipped together.
If a product is to be applied with print and/or embroidery, an additional 1 - 3 days of processing time is expected.
Which delivery method you can use, will depend on your selected country.
In Denmark, Fair Tee use GLS and Post Nord.
When choosing a parcel shop, space problems can arise at your chosen parcel shop. Therefore, situations may arise where your package is delivered to a parcel shop in the immediate vicinity of the originally selected parcel shop.
If you regret your purchase, the item can be returned within 30 days from the date the item is Received. If you have ordered several different items in an order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item. To be sure of getting the full amount returned, the item must be returned in substantially the same condition and quantity as it was received.
The deadline means that you have 30 days from receiving your product to let us know that you will regret your purchase. You can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.
Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us. You must pay for the package to be returned, and you are responsible if damage occurs during transport.
The condition of the item when you send it back
If the item has lost value and it is because you have used it in a different way than what was necessary to determine the item's nature, properties, and the way it works, you can only get part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases, it may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.
If you do not pick up your package and you regret your purchase, DKK 39 will be deducted from the amount refunded. As a buyer, you are responsible for holding any shipping costs for items returned.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs in connection with the purchase (however, this does not apply to extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer). We only reimburse delivery costs when the entire order is returned. We will refund the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase unless we have agreed otherwise.
The purchase price will be returned to your account no later than 14 working days from the time we receive notification of the cancellation.
We can withhold payment until we have received the item unless you send us documentation of having returned it.
When the product is returned to Fair Tee, please enclose a copy of it if possible, the order confirmation to ensure the fastest dispatch.

Delivery of goods that are made to your specifications or have a clear personal touch. Including products ordered for printing and / or embroidery cannot be exchanged or returned.
Non-EU customers do not pay VAT (Value added taxes), which is automatically deducted at the checkout. Non-EU customers may be required to pay customs or import duties when parcels reach the destination country. These charges must be paid in full by the recipient of the parcel. Customs and import duties vary widely from country to country, and we are therefore not able to inform you of specific charges for your country. The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note: fairtee.dk cannot declare parcels as gifts or undervalue parcels.
You can exchange your item within 30 days from the date the item is received. Delivery time for the exchange depends on the availability of the new product. If Fair Tee has the new product in stock, the above delivery conditions will apply when exchanging goods. The buyer must pay for any. shipping costs for returning the item. Fair Tee covers shipping costs for the new item.
Individualized products that have been printed and/or embroidered by Fair Tee cannot be exchanged.
When the product is returned to Fair Tee, if possible, please attach a copy of the order confirmation to ensure the fastest delivery.

In connection with product individualization, it is possible to upload and personalize products and goods at fairtee.dk. At Fair Tee, we cannot be controllers in relation to the rights and permissions for the use of, Club logos, Company logos etc.
At Fair Tee, we therefore expect that you have obtained the permissions and rights to use the selected Club logo, Company logo, etc.
Fair Tee cannot be held responsible for the use of the uploaded logos. The responsibility lies with the person(s) who uploaded the logo and placed the order.

The personal data is registered with Sportyfied ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
In addition, we cooperate with several other companies that store and process data. Companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes. We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information adequate protection.
The data manager at fairtee.dk is Sportyfied ApS. You have the right to be informed what information we process about you.
When purchasing from Fair Tee, you have a 24-month right to make a complaint, which is mandatory according to the Purchase Act. If you choose to complain about an item and the complaint is justified, you can have the item repaired, exchanged, the money returned or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific complaint. It is a requirement that the defect in the product has not arisen because of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behaviour of the product.
A complaint must be made within a reasonable time after the defect in the product has been discovered. If you complain within two months after the error is discovered, the complaint will always be timely. You must stop using the product when the defect has been discovered, otherwise it is not possible to assess whether the complaint is correct.

In connection with a justified complaint (which we can decide based on photos / videos), you will receive a return label from Fair Tee, so you can send the item back without shipping costs.
The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. When the product is returned to Fair Tee, please enclose a copy of the order confirmation, if possible, to ensure the fastest dispatch.
